These unusual stickers, are of Italian-production origins - origins that are obscured under the Anglo American sounding name, Ava-Americana. This series under-performed due to printing shortages and bad distribution, hence, these days they are 100 times rarer than either the Panini 77 or the Ava 79 issues.

Ediz.di Dasco c.1950, Italian-only issue

Never issued in Great Britain, this 1950 extremely rare series of English players, under the name "AlboSport", was probably the first ever set of footballers on stickers to be issued in Italy. They have gummed backs, and they are 'stamp' types, issued 10 per packet, mixed sports and mixed nationalities, from a series of about 600 sportsmen & women! EXTREMELY RARE!

Panini proofs 1972 Benelux issue - UNIQUE ITEMS!

These are PROOF CARDS!  1972 un-issued BENELUX (Holland, Belgium & Luxembourg) cards, either without numbers, or numbered, but all (all 8 - we only have 8!) with red inked over-print (rubber stamp) stating "exemplaar proef" (proof) on a type of back that was never officially printed! Thanks to John Allen's archive of rare soccer cards, we have here only 8... with Johan Cruyff, Bobby Moore, Denis Law and George Best amongst them!
