CHELSEA FC Mal Donaghy, Northern Ireland international. An anonymous Italian issue, never available in GB; a large cut-out gummy back sticker (UN-gummed, never stuck-down into album, as intended) issued by "Il Giornarlino" in 1982, to mark the World Cup in Spain. This is a very scarce issue, due for rarity values ever-rising... Due to its scarcity this is £18, but others in this series are much more - there were some printed in fewer numbers. The price is the clue.

VERY RARE 1937 German cigarette card showing Chelsea / Hearts striker Tommy Walker scoring a penalty past Everton goalie Ted Sagar in the 1-1 England Scotland match of spring 1936. This card wrongly ascribes the goal to Glasgow Rangers player Bob McPhail, who it names. The photo is a famous Getty Photo Library image that was once featured in the Daily Mail, and can be traced on the internet for confirmation. However, this card is of interest in four-ways club-wise: Everton, Chelsea, Hearts and Rangers, not to mention the national squads. VERY RARE! £40.00 including postage.
