It's not often you see these!  1922 Pattreiouex Casket Cigarettes large team cards, the so-called real photographic issues of that era & of their various series of cards. By far the rarest Pattreiouex/Casket football cards, these large cards have been topping £100 since the mid-1990s  (e.g. recorded sales at  MCC Sports Cards Auctions,  Ashford,  Middx.)

Saying that, it means this card has been kept very well preserved for some decades, away from light, and not often touched.

Clarke

 Allan Clarke, here for England (1973 training or away strip?) by People Magazine (La Gente Revista) who mistakenly thought him to be David Hay of Scotland! Their hair styles having been similar it's possible to see how, mixed with a bottle of Barolo, a lunchtime editors moot got out of hand!  It's a 1974 issue, only issued in Italy, with the magazine, to cut-out and stick in special album provided, for WC74 - even tho' England weren't in it! Remember, they thought he was a Scot.

Plain back, with printed "glue here" line atop, un-glued, as issued, very good and ... EXTREMELY RARE! ?35.00

 1970 ex Leicester City,  Allan Clarke here for ENGLAND,  due to heavy gum mark coming through from rear ONLY ?15

NOTE : all these are what are referred to, in the card trade, as 'packet issues'. They were printed in a magazine, intended to be cut out and stuck down into an album, supplied by the same magazine, in this case Radio Courier, a kind of "TV Times" of Italy. Issued for Mexico 70, and titled "COPPA RIMET MEXICO 70". All these paper stickers have some kind of triangular stamp hinge, or photo mount residue to the rear. They are priced according to condition. All are EXTREMELY RARE items as few remain loose, nor available on the market today.
