TOUR DE FRANCE & Louis "Louison" Bobet. Bobet was the first rider to win the Tour de France in three successive years, from 1953 to 1955. This is UNFOLDED and UNCREASED - which is unknown in the history of this 1958 issue, as all of these wax paper inserts were folded and wrapped around gum, so this, being un-folded, and  without creases (apart from between wrapper and picture, with staple holes as issued) it's exceptional!
